Rental agreement

Straightforward and without gimmicks. A written agreement will be provided and must be signed at time of drop-off. Paying online covers the rental, any extra days you add, mileage, and the 3.5% card fee. Extra tons, tires, mattresses, and overfill are charged to the card on file after pickup.

1. 01

   Up to 7 days is included. Call us when the dumpster is ready. If we don't hear from you, we pick it up after the days you booked.

2. 02

   Extra days past 7 are $20 each. They have to be added and paid when you book. Days that were not booked are not included.

3. 03

   Weekend special: Friday drop-off and Monday pickup is $25 off. That rental is picked up Monday.

4. 04

   Weight included: 1 ton on the 13-yard, 1.5 tons on the 17-yard, and 2 tons on the 21-yard. Weight over that is $95 per ton.

5. 05

   The dumpster cannot be loaded above the sidewalls. Overfilling is an extra fee. Anything above the sidewalls must be removed by the customer before we can haul it.

6. 06

   Prohibited items include hazardous waste (paint, oils, chemicals), tires, concrete, bricks, ceramic tile, and shingles. Every prohibited item is $25. Tires are $25 each.

7. 07

   Mattresses are $25 each.

8. 08

   Extra tons, tires, mattresses, prohibited items, and overfill are charged after pickup to the card used at booking, plus a 3.5% card fee.

9. 09

   Any damage to the dumpster while under contract is the responsibility of the customer. Repair or replacement cost is the customer's responsibility.

10. 10

    Skeels Dumpster Rentals LLC and employees are not responsible for any damage to the property.

11. 11

    The customer must leave a clear spot the truck can get in and out of.

12. 12

    Payment for the rental, extra days, and mileage is due online with Square when you book. Square card payments include a 3.5% card fee.

13. 13

    Once your card is charged, the rental fee is non-refundable. If we can't deliver, we refund you.

14. 14

    Delivery inside 20 miles of Adrian is included. Past that, $5 per mile beyond 20 miles is added when you book.
